  • The Enclave is being developed as the residential component of a master planned community development just north of Nashville, TN in Mt Juliet. The design creates a three hundred (300) Unit rental community with both surface parking and attached garages. The heart of the community is a ten thousand (10,000) square foot leasing, fitness and clubhouse center for the community connected both visually and physically to the outdoor pool and recreation area.
  • The design takes advantage of the heavily wooded and sloping site by splitting into two levels the assisted living wings of the community. Inspired by the east Texas “Acadian” farmhouse this senior living community provides sixty-eight (68) assisted living suites and thirty-two (32) memory care suites. The community is appointed with library, fitness, classroom, media rooms and dining and bar areas that can accommodate the residents and their guests in several settings. All public spaces take advantage of the forested views of the site.
  • This three building one hundred twelve (112) unit urban design community is sited on a two and a half (2.5) acre site in the midst of a heavily built out neighborhood on the outskirts of Dallas, Texas.
  • This exurban site is located just south of Dallas Texas. Part of a master planned development the residential community will eventually grow to one hundred twenty units. The design is inspired by a modern interpretation of the Texas Hill Country farmhouse.
  • This suburban site is designed to provide work force housing for the city of Mabank. This transitional design provides one hundred twenty (120) units in four (4) building on a three acre site.
