We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our growing team in our Dallas office. We are seeking to hire a Junior Project Coordinator/Architectural Intern to join the Studio. We are looking for an individual with specific experience in leading multifamily architectural projects from design development through completion of construction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate the preparation of design and construction contract documents with consultants, contractors, and team members under the supervision of the Project Coordinator
  • Research and document compliance of applicable local building, and zoning codes and ordinances and ADA regulations for assigned projects
  • Review shop drawings and project submittals for document compliance
  • Process and file RFIs and submittals and other documents
  • Manage physical samples
  • Communicate directly with management, clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Communicate and coordinate with management, clients, consultants, and contractors relating to daily business operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • License-qualifying undergraduate or graduate degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum three to five years’ experience in Architecture with multifamily, mixed-use and commercial experience preferred
  • Technical proficiency in current versions of AutoCAD™, Revit™, Sketchup™ or similar, PDF Editor – Bluebeam or similar, and Microsoft Office™ is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
